Thanks for linking this article it was a good read. I never understand it when people say that ColdFusion is a dead language. I have been developing ColdFusion websites for almost 9 years now and I have never been hard up for work. I can build applications with incredible speed, because CF makes it super efficient to do. The new features in CF8 are awesome and from what I heard at Adobe Max this year, ColdFusion 9 will be jam packed with even more cool features. I think ColdFusion has a long and bright future ahead of it.
