I really loved it. I spoke about Web 2.0 in front of a 150 people crowd... My setup had two laptops, one for the slides and one for live demos. The slides were projected in a huge screen, and the live demos showed in two 50' plasma screens in the sides. <br /><br /><img width="545" height="356" src="/blog/files/robGonda/UserFiles/Image/The_Rob_v3_small.JPG" alt="SAA CIO Emerging Technology Conference DC 04-18-06" /><br /><br />I stayed at the Dupont area, filled with restaurants... Had dinner at The Palm, a really good steakhouse in the Washington area. The trip was great, with the small exception of a 7-hour delay on my flight back ... I could not get anything done Wednesday ... The worse bit, is that I even have a Verizon Wireless card, which works EVERYWHERE, except that the Dulles airport ... I can't describe my frustration ... <br /><br />The entire presentation was recorded in a Breeze format, but I have to get permission to post it... I'll keep you posted.
